Behind the Sound
Who We Are

An evening with Namito:
On June 19, 2026, Studio 37 presented The Stories Behind the Sound, a solo exhibition by internationally acclaimed musician and artist Namito. The exhibition offered an intimate look into the personal memories and experiences that have shaped his life and artistic journey, featuring a collection of original drawings inspired by his childhood in Iran, the Revolution, the Iran-Iraq War, migration, and the moments that continue to define his identity.
Guests experienced a rare narrative beyond music, discovering the stories behind each work through deeply personal recollections of family, resilience, loss, hope, and belonging. The evening brought together collectors, art enthusiasts, members of the Iranian community, and supporters from across Los Angeles for an inspiring celebration of art, memory, and cultural dialogue.
The exhibition marked a significant milestone for Studio 37’s commitment to presenting meaningful contemporary artists whose work bridges cultures and generations. A selection of limited-edition archival prints, each accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, was released exclusively through Studio 37.
We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who joined us and helped make this exhibition an unforgettable evening.
